Accomplishments

Over the past four years on Timnath Town Council, I’ve focused on responsible growth, fiscal discipline, and practical solutions that improve daily life for residents. The following highlights reflect progress made through collaboration with fellow council members, staff, and the community.

Infrastructure & Technology

  • Helped advance municipal broadband service through Pulse, expanding high-quality internet access for Timnath residents and businesses, with the project currently ahead of schedule and under budget

  • Supported funding for upgraded traffic analytics to better understand traffic patterns and improve safety and planning decisions

  • Helped open the Timnath parkway and railroad crossing improvements to help with connectivity and reduce congestion

Fiscal Responsibility & Town Governance

  • Currently serve on the Finance Committee, helping guide budget and strategic decisions with a focus on long-term sustainability

  • Supported the transition from reliance on consultants to building stronger internal staff capacity, improving responsiveness, continuity, and service to residents

  • Consistently asked questions focused on long-term costs and operating impacts

Public Safety & Community Services

  • Served on the selection committee for Timnath’s Police Chief, helping guide leadership during a critical transition

  • Supported the move to 24-hour, 7-day police coverage, strengthening public safety and emergency response

  • Supported investments in public safety staffing, planning, and infrastructure as the community grows

Downtown & Community Development

  • Served on the Main Street Committee that helped form the Main Street Board for Downtown Timnath

  • Participated on the selection committee for the inaugural Main Street Board, helping establish leadership for a vibrant and intentional downtown

  • Supported investments that strengthen Timnath’s sense of place while planning responsibly for growth

Water Stewardship & Sustainability

  • Supported continued progress on water conservation efforts

  • Approved updated water conservation policies in December 2025, balancing growth with responsible resource management

  • Focused on planning decisions that consider long-term environmental impacts and costs to residents

Parks, Recreation & Quality of Life

  • Supported improvements to Wild Wing Park, enhancing recreational amenities for residents

  • Supported the completion of all phases of Timnath Community Park, expanding access to parks, trails, and family-friendly spaces

  • Prioritized quality-of-life investments that keep Timnath a great place to live as it grows
